Lo scorso venerdì James Murphy dal palco del Sasquatch! festival ha rivelato l’imminente uscita del nuovo capitolo firmato LCD Soundsystem.

La band newyorkese, esclusi i due ultimi lavori “The Long Goodbye” e “London Session” entrambi dei live album, era in sosta da ben 7 anni, da quel “This is Happening” uscito per DFA nel 2010; tuttavia, quest’anno pareva proprio essere l’anno giusto, dopo la conferma della loro reunion.

Questo perchè la band aveva da poco inaugurato due nuove tracce, “Call the Police” e “American Dream”, anticipate entrambe sia su Nbc, nello show “Saturday Night Live” e, sia in occasione del live al Brooklyn Steel di New York.
