Druid Cloak ritorna su Apothecary Compositions! Dopo aver releasato a Maggio lo splendido “Lore: Book Two”, il producer di Ohio dall’inconfondibile stile, tra musica elettronica ed immaginario fantasy, annuncia il ritorno nei negozi di dischi con un nuovo remix EP basato sul seminale “Book One”, di cui vi parlammo ormai diversi mesi fa (click QUI!).
“Lore Translations: Book One LP”, questo il nome dell’uscita, sarà composto da 8 tracce che, partendo dagli originali contenuti in “Book One”, verranno reworkate, ricostruite e letteralmente “tradotte” da diversi grandi artisti come il producer / dj di Vancouver Spurz, City, il musicista ed artista visuale Keith Rankin aka Giant Claw (Orange Milk Records / Suite 309), Silkersoft (apparso recentemente sulla Activia Benz di Slugabed), il producer di casa Houndstooth Throwing Snow, Strict Face (apparso sulla Gobstopper Records di Mr. Mitch), Broshuda (Phinery Tapes / Wtf Is Swag / Seagrave) e Morkebla, giovane producer italiano che da queste parti abbiamo incontrato diverse volte (ricordate il suo “Pisces Sun, Capricorn Rising”?) e che nel giro di 2 anni è passato su etichette di spicco come Where To Now?, Indole e Farbwechsel.

Druid Cloak strikes back on Apothecary Compositions! After releasing in May the iconic “Lore: Book Two”, the Ohio-based producer who combines electronic music with fantasy fiction by taking a lush approach to club music has announced a new remix EP incoming in August based on “Book One”, which we talked some months ago on our pages (just click HERE).
“Lore Translations: Book One LP”, which is the release name, will be composed by 8 tracks reworked and reconstructed by several great names like Vancouver producer / Dj Spurz, City, Musician and visual artist Keith Rankin aka Giant Claw (Orange Milk Records / Suite 309), Silkersoft (who recently appeared on Slugabed’s Activia Benz), Houndstooth affiliate Throwing Snow, Mr. Mitch’s Gobstopper Records affiliate Strict Face, Broshuda (Phinery Tapes / Wtf Is Swag / Seagrave) and Morkebla, italian producer we talked about several times here on Tsinoshi (remember his “Bar Pisces Sun, Capricorn Rising”?) who appeared in the last 2 years on labels like Where To Now?, Indole and Farbwechsel.
