Segnate in rosso sul calendario il periodo compreso tra il 14 ed il 17 Agosto. Tempo di vacanze? Generalmente sì, ma non per Rane: l’azienda leader nella costruzione e vendita di prodotti per DJ in ambito “turntablism” ha infatti annunciato sul suo sito ufficiale e con post sui propri canali sociali la presenza con uno stand al prossimo DJ Expo di Atlantic City.

In quei giorni Rane presenterà due nuovi prodotti. Avete letto bene: l’azienda americana avrebbe sviluppato negli ultimi 12 mesi dei nuovi gears “battle ready” e sarebbe pronta a presentarli al grande pubblico, come riportato dal comunicato stampa:

“The new models mark a dramatic and impressive move for Rane DJ to the forefront of the DJ stage. Over the past 12 months Rane’s Seattle Washington based engineering team has been hard at work bringing this amazing new gear to life. The same engineering team that set the standards for Rane’s rock-solid performance-based mixers has been collaborating with world-class DJs and their crews to develop new DJ performance tools, the likes of which the industry has never been seen before. Rane calls these unprecedented new products Battle Ready. These new introductions will definitely set a new benchmark of excellence for the industry. More detail on these latest products will be forthcoming as DJ Expo draws closer.”

Di cosa si tratti nello specifico al momento non è dato saperlo: come riportato dal bell’articolo apparso nelle scorse ore su Scratch Italia, il fatto che i due prodotti vengano annunciati con forza come “battle ready” porterebbe a far pensare a un nuovo mixer, una nuova scheda audio o dei nuovi giradischi. L’ultimo prodotto prodotto e lanciato sul mercato da Rane, il mixer rotativo Rane MP2014, è del 2016 mentre l’ultimo prodotto dedicato al mondo del turntablism, il mixer TTM57 MKII, è addirittura del 2015.
